IDC: IT growth forecast of more than 20% Annualy (by 2006), in Croatia alone
Today, the Vidi publishing house lies on the market of 5 countries with a population of more than 20 million, more than 6 million TV sets, 6 million fixed phone connections, 2.1 million personal computers and 3.5 million mobile (cell) phones.
Via IDC (International Data Corporation), Croatia alone showed an impressive market growth in PC sales of more than 54,8% from 2000 - 2001.

The same research company is forecasting an average IT growth of more than 20% annually by the end of 2006.

IDC estimates the market of todays 1.4 million Internet users will double by 2006, reaching approximatly 3.6 million net users.

From any perspective, the Southeast European region will be one of the most promising IT markets in the world in coming years.

Vidi is reaching monthly in Yugoslavia more than 10.000 individual readers.
